      <description><![CDATA[The Rhode Island Lottery plans to double the prize money for the Wild Money drawing on Saturday after it discovered a mistake in the game earlier this week.During Tuesday's Wild Money drawing, an employee discovered the No. 11 ball was missing from the machine used to draw the numbers. The ball apparently fell out of the drum during a practice round and fell on the floor. It was found right underneath the machine,  Lottery Director Gerald Aubin told News Channel 10.The lottery has no bylaws for]]></description>
