      <description><![CDATA[I'm guessing from the odds breakdown that it's a Pick 4 game, but the prizes are awarded differently.  No offense Dr.Ew, but I wouldn't call it  stupid .  I like the fact that the prizes are fixed rather than pari-mutuel.  In my home state of NJ, you can get a straight hit but get a terrible payout.  The fixed prize avoids that, which I think is great.]]></description>
