Formulas used:

=COMBIN(999;0)/COMBIN(1000;1)=0,001

=COMBIN(693;0)*(0,001^0)*(1-0,001)^(693-0)=49,99%

=1-(COMBIN(693;0)*(0,001^0)*(1-0,001)^(693-0))=50,01%
