One might also look as how a random system pick its numbers and how often the number repeats. Some time back, I added a routine to my lottery program that does that. Below, it's checking the file of Ohio Classic Lotto. The numbers drawn on 05/12 last hit 5,16,18,7,29 and 5 draws earlier which add up to 80 which average 13. I did a check of the last 100 drawings and most average between 6-9 so I'm going experiment with picking random combinations that have an average pre-hit range that average 6

Sorry, I meant how would I find the RNG number for say 4/22 after a mid 9-9-8 eve 9-9-8 mid 2-4-2-5 eve 4-7-2-3. How many numbers should I generate. I thing the integer value should be between 000 and 999 for the pick three and 0000 and 9999 for the pick four. Then how would I pick my number to use.

This is something similar to what I do, with exception that I use past draws. I use Todd's search drawing and list the dates when the numbers fell. Then I will use the lottery results engine and see what fell before and after the number on those dates. I go as far back as two weeks before and after the number. I take those numbers and deflate and have some successful luck.

Here is the RNG Follower System -Predictions for 4/21

How to use:

1. The draws for the previous day 4/20 are sandwiched between ellipses eg.....567....

2. Look up your state's draw(s) for 4/20

3. The numbes below it are the RNG followers for yr state for 4/21

--------082--------

259

995

013

601

551

272

271

689

293

568

458

687

356

816

452

913

452

356

617

371

547

340

634

968

748

218

743

813

537...
Okay, I'm checking into this a bit. I find it pretty interesting. I also wanted to toss out another idea. Instead of playing all the different combinations that hit before and after a match to the last draw, you could simply count how many times the 0, 1, 2,....etc up to 9 have hit before or after your match. Then use the number of hits for each number to rank the numbers for a wheel. For instance, I use a 10 ticket wheel that plays every combination of 5 numbers in box format. Just another way

Well from the feedback there doesn't sem to be much interest. I have backtested and it has a high rate of success.

I have the results for all-states today..It is too long to post...more than 4300 numbers --all states--approx 60 per state. Check for yourself...

Instructions..

Look for your state's last draw e.g ......256.....

Look at the numbers below that..those are the numbers to play

I will send the numbers as a txt file to anyone who requests. Prove it for yourself.

Some excellent posts have been made on RNGs. Here is another way to harnes the power of RNG which is how most lotteries are conducted...

Use this for straight hits only

1. Generate a large list of Random numbers--5,000 to 60,000.

2. Take the last number drawn

3. Search through the RNG list and find every occurence of your last drawn number..

4. Take the numbers before and after every hit

5. Play these numbers

Back test or better yet forward test and when you see the pattern
