      <description><![CDATA[Could be worse, the marginal tax rate could be what it was 22 years ago at 50% or around where it was when Carter and those he followed were in office at 70%. Even worse still they could be what they were in the 40s and early 60s....<br /><br />Hopefully when Obama and the Democrats are in almost full power they don't go nuts with trying to raise taxes and actually work on reducing government spending and waste.       <description><![CDATA[Actually, near Christmas 2000 or 20002, someone in the District of Columbia won the POWERBALL JACKPOT having used their own number series, at a store in South West Washington. I remember because I emailed the Powerball headquarters about it, for more detailed information. The winner remained anonymous, but the reps did elaborate as much as possible for the public knowledge. It wasn't hundreds of millions but it was a very big kitty just the same.       <description><![CDATA[I played in WV last time ahead several drawings so it's not me, but in a city that I've been to many times and know several people there. We didn't stop in York but in Beford. York is a populated area and you'll notice that a lot of the winners in PA are also near cities. If you played in a lower populated area like WV and they say one winner in WV you can imagine how I felt on Christmas 2002 until the next morning.]]></description>
