You pull from different spots each time, I think the trick is to do each workout with each number given and get your final numbers from there. As with any P3# in any state, some work better than others and most times they are off by 1 or 2 digits but the fun is in making it work for you and using it with other systems to at least try to narrow your hit down. Now, for example, yesterday. I use the 10/22 eve. the 10/23 mid. and this gave me the eve. draw for 10/23.

Well, once I plug in the numbers,... I noticed for Illinois looking at last night, it was 2nd bottom so watch the 2nd number from top and bottom - Good Luck to ya

Windycity, that is correct. You can use the 700, it may very well work for IL. However Destiny2008 has said to use the 2nd, 3rd or 4th three digit # from the top or bottom.

The -1, +1, -2, +2, -3, +3 choices are up to you. Perhaps the more you backtest you will see a pattern for your state.

This is for whoever made that comment about a bunch of joggle numbers. I win quite a bit each week with this system and thought I would share it here on lottery post.
I did a past 5 draw study here in Florida. It was a mixed bag. In 3 out of the 5 draws, it was off by 3 or 4 numbers in one column. For example....191 was the prediction and the winning number was 151. Unfortunately for the system, it was never just one number off as the system hopes to be. But it was a short study, so maybe longer tests needs to be done.
