      <description><![CDATA[Our state seems very ambigious about this. Oh, they say you can't, but I've heard from attorneys that you can claim with an LLC. The only down side to that is that georgia is an open records state. Therefore, anyone can go to the appropiate state agency and find out the name and address of the owner, or owners of the LLC. But what I wonder is if you can have a trust own the LLC, and thus when some up to no good lawyer goes snooping they can only find out the name of the trust that owns the LLC.]]></description>
