The Flaw Revealed Itself
After the Tennessee Lottery Debacle, I noticed there was an unusual picking pattern in the numbers that were selected for the Pick 3 style game. Thinking about this for a while, I arrived at two different theories as to why these numbers are so unusual. One is that there could be an inside or near inside job to alter the numbers being produced. The other is that there is a flaw in the computer picking process that lead to the unusual selections. I now believe that it is the result of a flaw....
