'Advance pay' after winning the jackpot?
It depends on which LP members you talk to. Some think it's a crime when a winner of $600 or more sells their ticket to a ten percentor apparently because the winner is avoiding child support payments, back taxes, or something else. Other members believe they should get a jackpot check anonymously no questions asked , while other members believe in doing both. In other words, they can't get out of paying child support, but should allow me to collect my winnings anonymously .

MICHIGAN Weekly July 28 thru August 3
Congrats on the pair. I never mix religion with the lottery because I feel like I would be committing some Catholic crime. But I just clicked on your footer link for today's Bible Verse. It was Luke 6:41, today's mid-day 164.

N.C. school construction lottery money doesn't really build schools
This story does not surprise me. In N.J. the Camden schools are very old and in need of repair or replacement . So what does the state run Camden education system do? Hire private enterprise charter schools to remedy the problem. The state continues to advertise that the lottery helps Education. Hope these hybrid charter schools work for the children because Camden N.J. is probably the poorest city in N.J. and a good education is the only ticket out of poverty and crime. The Camden Ci ...

Oklahoma man arrested after trying to redeem forged lottery ticket
I'd hate to be in prison, although I've read those minimum security Federal facilities aren't too bad, all things considered...a chance to further your education, nobody convicted of violent crimes jailed with you and more privileges. They don't have fences, but the guys don't try to escape because if they do and are caught, they're sent to a maximum security prison...where the other inmates (and guards/correctional officers) aren't nearly as nice . Texas prisons are horrible...but Oklahoma pris ...
