Florida Lottery terminates contracts of three retailers
The news release did not specify which laws were broken or whether any legal action would be taken against the owners. Lottery Assistant Secretary David Bishop said the lottery would not provide any more details. Interesting...no more details? Is this being tough on crime, or just the appearance of being tough on crime?

What's the worst case scenario to winning the lottery?
You know this question makes me think of that show they had on about some gas station workers winning the lottery. I think two of them were so hard up for cash they robbed the gas station and almost ended up killing the manager. So I think that would be the very worst case scenario...needing money so bad you commit a crime then win the jackpot the next day, and the cops are looking for you

Kentucky man arrested for cashing stolen lottery ticket
This illustrates that crime does not pay! I wonder if anyone is banned from playing the lottery if convicted of theft in any form against a lottery player or retailer?

Kentucky man arrested for cashing stolen lottery ticket
5 to 10 years..that's dumb. Give 5/10 to the pedophile who will be out in 3 months to start all over again. Stupid is as stupid does..but evil is as evil is allowed. Stealing isn't evil, make the punishment fit the crime.

Should the lottery award jackpot prizes based on video evidence?
Video evidence is used to convict you of a crime and put you in jail. Video of a purchase with a time stamp could be evidence. Most register receipts have time stamps and what purchased too to go along with the vid.

$257 MILLION: Mega Millions jackpot expands
It's a crime to steal? My gosh who would have thunk that. If I find a ticket in the trash I enter it in the second chance draw. I have every right to do that. I have every right to cash it if it won. I'm quite sure your familar with the bearer instrament rules on tickets.
