Private management could be Alabama lottery option
Having no experience in the lottery field, we're just going to have to look at what other states have done and what's worked best for them, he said. Probably the best way to start a new lottery, but just like in Wyoming, somebody will demand that the salaries be disclosed.

Well, at least they allow winners to remain anonymous, see below! If I win a lottery, can I remain anonymous? We will honor requests for anonymity from winners. However, we certainly hope winners will allow us to share their names and good news with other players. Wyoming Lottery - FAQ

Something is rotten in Denmark to quote Shakespeare. Or should we say Something is wrong in Wyoming? If a private co. is doing business with a state, should salaries be a secret?

Puerto Rico runs away with the Powerball Jackpot
.. P.R. has been extremely fortunate O.B- considering that they have a population of under 4 Million. For all we know they could have no more than 100,000 persons playing the lottery. This simply goes to show that ANYONE holding a valid ticket has the same chances as the next person. This jackpot could have been Won in Mcminnville/ Oregon* ( Yeah Weshar) or Wyoming for all we know. Its picking the correct numbers people- nothing more, nothing less.

Wyoming has its first lottery jackpot winner
Nice starting pot of $250K. Makes N.J.'s 75K beginning jackpot small potatoes. But hey, Wyoming is Big Sky Country!
