All four of the $1 million top-prize winners from the Pennsylvania Lottery's July 4 Millionaire Raffle drawing have claimed their prizes.
The fourth and final winner to claim her prize, Louise Whitmire of Latrobe, Westmoreland County, presented her $1 million winning ticket at the same location where it was purchased, Latrobe Center Distributing, Inc., 1032 Latrobe Thirty Plaza St., Latrobe, Westmoreland County. Connecticut lottery agents protest cut in commissions
More than 100 lottery agents from across the state came to Connecticut Lottery headquarters in Rocky Hill Thursday to protest a cut in ticket commissions by the Connecticut Lottery Corp.
