S.C. Lottery board votes to add Mega Millions
The South Carolina Education Lottery Commission voted Tuesday to move forward with the proposal to add the Mega Millions game to the line-up of games currently offered for sale in the Palmetto State.
The nine-member Board voted unanimously to allow cross-selling of Mega Millions and Powerball as early as January 31, 2010.

The Arkansas Lottery Commission voted Wednesday to join the multi-state Powerball games, tickets for which may go on sale in the state as soon as this year, the state's lottery director said.

A new four-digit daily numbers game for the North Carolina Education Lottery will begin next week.
