A Lotto that pays Child Expenses for 18 years or baby expenses for 6 years

Arkansas Lottery scratch tickets, logo revealed
The logo doesn't look very fun to me, and it doesn't look like a lottery logo. I wish the lotteries would stop throwing education in our faces. Most people playing the lottery are happy to see money going to education, but they play the lottery to win money, not to donate to education. Everyone is already paying for education through state and local taxes. Enough!
