Avlm I'm talking about getting a win of any kind...I just got off the phone with the lottery headquarters in Raleigh and was told yes that is a 75% chance of a win just like I said in my other post.

Frequent lottery wins by retailers investigated
there are definitely some that let the retailer check their numbers and retailers tell them not winners, then proceed to tear and throw ticket in basket. They later tape it together and claim the lotto or scratcher at Lotto headquarters

chances are high with the new computer chips and all at the lotteries headquarters.a lot of salespersons get my numbers wrong,and i say come on it really is important,a million dollar business here.

The day California utilizes computer generated lotto is the day I stop playing all together. I in no way trust that system. talk about easily manipulated! Due to Budget Cuts-California Lottery District Office closed on Fridays
Have to wait 6 weeks in PA for anything BIG, BIG.
A couple days doesn't make a difference.
