Advertisements
Brilliant move to go after ad revenue. I've noticed an increase in ads of all kinds, also sweepstakes so companies are spending money to draw in customers. Get the money while it's there. Business is business and paying overhead is not a sell out .... would say the same thing even if I were a standard member.

The feds on Tuesday dismantled an Israeli boiler-room operation that conned elderly U.S. victims out of $25 million by telling them they'd won a sweepstakes lottery. A dozen members of the international telemarketing ring were named in a three-count fraud indictment handed up yesterday in Manhattan Federal Court. It's simple really. If you didn't enter it (sweepstakes, lottery, contest, etc.), you didn't win it.

Calculating a percentage
Not to get off topic but here goes...... I used to enter sweepstakes. For sending in one 3 by 5 piece of paper with my name, addy, phone number, etc. I won a 42 plasma TV with a surround sound DVD player and a check for 200 dollars. Yet everyone I know says that sweepstakes aren't real and nobody wins those. REALLY? So while several people try to convince you it's just luck.........keep doing what your doing! I'd be willing to bet they've never looked at past draws. Everyone I know buys QPs o ...

N.C. lottery store owners, employees winning big and often
I just don't understand why it is allowed, littloldlady. That's why companies won't allow employees to play in their sweepstakes. It leads to dishonesty and cheats. I guess as long as the suckers continue to play and NC rack up the profits it will never change. I guess they can care less who's winning as long as they get their profits.

For the future Since cars are projected to raise substantial shouldn't there be a car lottos
Perhaps in the future there will be similar to car lotto. Right now there are lots of car sweepstakes, there should be one at every mall showing off the new model of a car (whatever it be) and have people enter for a chance to win it. When the future is here anything can happen concerning the direction and new add-ons to the lottery.

Dont know if this is a good idea but surely is better than winning the lottery
If i would run lotterypost.com ..maybe i could try something...like monthly sweepstakes..we all could put money together or something. I doubt, state goverment would let Todd run lottery here, but he can try it.
