Arkansas lottery to sell Mega Millions tickets
Congrats to Arkansas! It really does look like, more and more states, are deciding to offer both Powerball and Mega Millions. I'm guessing, that a lot of these states, see what others are doing and will be following suit. Otherwise, they will be out of the extra money they could get, from offer another big game.

Arkansas lottery to sell Mega Millions tickets
The Arkansas Lottery Commission agreed Tuesday to sell Mega Millions tickets next year, making multi-state jackpots available to lottery participants four nights a week instead of two.
The panel unanimously voted to begin selling tickets for Mega Millions by Jan. 31. The state already sells tickets for the multistate Powerball game.

Tennessee will join Mega Millions in 2010.

Arkansas woman tries to cash in fake lottery ticket, arrested
A woman is arrested inside the Arkansas Lottery Headquarters Monday afternoon, and the local media's cameras were there for the arrest.
Police say Ruth Dennis, 56, tried to pass a fake winning ticket for the real thing at the claims center. Her friend, John Burch says he gave Dennis and her sister a ride from Camden with a $3,000 ticket.

Arkansas man among the first to win $100,000 lottery prize
He said..... the ticket said claim at the lottery and he didn't know what he won when he scratched it off..........then he thought it was over 500 then he thought it was 100,000.........isn't the ticket clearly marked???????????? who saw what arkansas? (arkan saw)...............?????????????(congratulations but something's fishey) you can scan those tickets without buying them correct.........and then buy them and scratch them if they are a winner.....correct?????????

Do U Know where I can find some stats on Arkansas scratchers?
Hi. I'm moving back to the Dallas TX area, and I just read Arkansas started scratch offs. I found a lot of web pages with news stories about them starting games, but I couldn't find and website with lists of games or remaining prizes. (I'm going to be driving through Arkansas and it would be fun to buy some scratchers, but I' d like to know something about thier games)
