I was surprised to hear Chinese people talking of buying property and houses and planes and traveling around the world and such.
China must be becoming a less repressive society than in the past, which is good to hear.
I still would have a little apprehension though in fully trusting that government with confidence in the legitimacy of the lottery with so much money at stake.

That was interesting and shows that there's always somebody working to cheat the system.
There was also another story there about a lottery retailer in China who found out he could punch in the winning numbers up to 5 minutes after they were drawn. He was having friends and neighbors cash in the tickets for some time. He got caught after making more than 3 million and got life in prison.
