Early talks for a joint Powerball-British lottery game
I started a blog back a while ago 1 billion dollar Powerball ... and ppl on there did not seem to think the jackpot would ever grow that big.. Now if we merge with the British games that could now be a reality. I hope it don't happen though because the game would be even harder to win and there would be extremely too many people in it..sort of like that El-Gordo game. KM

Winners share $3 billion in Spain's El Gordo lottery
Mario, et al- I peronally went online with the US Dept of State and here is the unbelivable but direct confirmation about Spanish residency requirements for El Gordo: In order to enter and win El Gordo, you must be a resident of Spain and purchase your ticket within the country. Keep in mind YOU CANNOT WIN IF YOU DID NOT BUY A TICKET! You must purchase your entry to the drawing in Spain in order to win. It is against U.S. federal law to play a foreign lottery through the mail or over the ...

Winners share $3 billion in Spain's El Gordo lottery
Hi Mario, et al- Here is the reply I recievd directly from Valencia, Spain on the famous El Gordo I don't have anything to send you. The fact is it is in Spanish and they would not be able to understand it anyways. This info comes from Spanish natives. If your friends want to think their leg is being pulled let them. Spain is a very closed and not friendly to foreigner society. Basically they make everything as hard as possible for non-Spaniards all the time. Frankly, I don't like it ve ...

After the Big Win
I think my purpose for the day would be to have fun...snowboarding, bungee jumping, kite surfing, visiting family, teaching my nephews how to do the same thing. Aftrwards I think I would volunteer more at shelters (animal and human...or maybe start one of my own). For me to quit I think 5 million or so would do it (after taxes)...to go insane and not give a hoot...I think I'd have to be the only winner for el gordo...lol

Idaho Lottery raffle made a millionaire tonight
I personally love the raffles every year. I wish we had the equivalent of El Gordo in the USA, but I'll take the closest thing to it.

Winners share $3 billion in Spain's El Gordo lottery
Hi All, Unless you are a Spanish citizen you cannot collect large El Gordo prizes but you can win the other prizes. It's in the small print. Don't you find it intriguing how often advertised offers are made in large bold print but qualifying or consumer guarantee conditions are in very small print ??? Happy New Year Wishes, EddessaKnight
