One ticket matched all six Florida Lotto numbers to win a jackpot of $21 million, lottery officials said Wednesday. The winning ticket was bought in the city of Royal Palm Beach, officials said. A total of 86 tickets matched five numbers to win $6,177.50; 5,634 tickets matched four numbers for $76.50; and 115,961 tickets matched three numbers for $5. The winning Florida Lotto numbers selected Tuesday: 13-19-28-38-40-41.
