An Atlanta man has won a $1 million prize for the second time in three years playing an instant lottery game, according to Georgia Lottery officials.
Delma Kinney, who will celebrate his 51st birthday Dec. 5, won a $1 million prize playing the Georgia Lottery's instant game Super Millions.

The Georgia Supreme Court has ruled against two men who sought $5 million in damages from the Georgia Lottery Corporation in a lawsuit over the MONEYBAGS$ logo.

A winning scratch-off lottery ticket worth $2 million was sold at a Spring Valley, California, 'mom and pop' shop that had only been selling lottery tickets for a month, lottery officials announced Monday.
