A woman has claimed the winning ticket in a $131.5 million Powerball drawing that she bought at a Philadelphia beer store last month.
Lottery officials say Upper Darby resident Patricia Chandler turned in the winning ticket Tuesday from the June 22, 2013, Powerball drawing. They say she has opted to collect her winnings as a lump sum of $77.4 million.
According to lottery officials, Chandler's jackpot is the fourth-largest Powerball cash prize ever awarded by the Pennsylvania Lottery.
