If you need to check your NY lottery picks and do not have a access to a computer you can call this number its free 518 388-3300 which is the NY Lottery number here in Schenectady NY. I saw that 0000 at lunch time but it was a goof up and it was fixed quick....... they do not want a bunch of people showing up at the main office in Schenectady holding tickets with 0000 and telling them they are losers! Not to mention there is no place to park which in normal in downtown. Good Luck!
