I've never been hit by lightning, but I know it happens to people. Conversely, I don't believe God is in the heavens pointing out potential targets to whomever might be the current Saint of Errant Electricity.
If the lottery games you play aren't drawn in Indiana, you're probably playing against the correct odds. PowerBall is the only game I play anymore, and that's only because they use mechanical draw machines, they broadcast each drawing on live television and they draw the numbers in Iowa, well out of reach of Indiana's corrupt politicians and lottery officials.
If you suspect something is amiss, go get some evidence to support your claims. Suggesting a lottery is fixed or is somehow rigged against its players without benefit of any type of corroborating evidence makes me wonder about your own motives and integrity.
I don't believe the MSLA selects their winners from any particular geographic region. Such a task would be monumental in scope and, given the vast number of tickets sold to itinerant travelers, would be logistically impossible to execute.
It's obvious you haven't thought this out very well. You're certainly entitled to your opinion, ridiculous and unfounded as it is but, if you don't have anything to back it up, we are entitled to ignore it.
