As most everyone knows, triples, in their own right, are rare numbers, that is, pure odd, or pure even. There have been several posts lately discussing the how to track and when to play these rare numbers. In P3, there are 10 pure even numbers and 10 pure odd numbers. For the sake of this discussion, I will leave out the pure series numbers.
Anyway, in looking back at the history of NJ (where else!), I found out that usually a triple follows one of these numbers. Of course there are WAY more hits on the pure numbers compared to when triples fall, but it was certainly interesting to see that when a triple DID fall, it followed one of these pure numbers. Of the 12 triples I monitored over the past 15 months, I also discovered that 8 of the triples were followed by the same pure number set. For example if 888 fell, it followed a pure even number. The skip count varied. Anywhere between 1 and 6, with a mean skip count of 2.58. Only 4 of the 12 hits came after 3 skips. This may be another way to watch for triples in your state. As I said, I only took a look at NJ, so your mileage may vary. Even if you played triples for three draws after EVERY rare number, you would have had 9 hits in NJ. I'm sure there is a way to narrow it down further, but I thought I put this out as is. GOOD LUCK!
