  Michigan and Ohio at one time considered a combined lotto game. I have no idea if it's still under consideration.

  CASH Only, my vote is for yes. Ohio isn't doing so well with LOP and Michigan isn't doing well in their own lottery. Therefore, they should join together to have a lotto game. The game is 6 numbers ($1) to win a jackpot. X is the number of numbers they must draw in order for odds to win a jackpot to exceed the population of Michigan and Ohio.

  IIRC the two proposals for a MI-OH game were two different $2 games.

  A $2 game that most people don't like is not going to do well no matter if it sponsored by Ohio or Michigan or both.

   * you don't need to buy every combination, just the winning ones *

  What if it were a straight lotto game, like Super Lotto Plus was (maybe without the bonus ball)? Even if it were to be ball-drawn?

  I think a $1 game for MI-OH for Super Lotto (without bonus ball) should be fine with ball drawn.

  I expect Ohio will bring back a game similar to SuperLotto someday but with a lower starting jackpot and a rollover based on ticket sales rather than any fixed amount as in the past.  Since that type of game worked well when it was just an Ohio game before, I doubt if Ohio would see any advantage in partnering with another state.  Players from surrounding states will come to Ohio to play it if it's better than what is available in their states and Ohio gets to keep all the profit.

  Some Ohioans want to add casino and offtrack gambling, the kind that attract Ohioans to the surrounding states.

  It will be interesting to see what Ohio's next game will be. I don't think Lot O'Play will be around much longer.

  NY now has video lottery. I played it 11 days ago.
