The prediction results at the bottom of this post are for today, Tuesday, July 11, 2006.

The numbers used in the wheels were all derived from draw histories correlated to moon phase occurances, and from triangulations on specific heavenly bodies by azimuths from the surface of the earth.

All the celestial data came from one site:

US Naval Observatory site:

http://aa.usno.navy.mil/AAmap.html

I don't have all the techniques work out as yet for the methods.  That's the reason MI was 4 of  5 several times, instead of 5 of 5.  It's the reason WV was 5 of 6 twice, instead of 6 of 6.

All the results for tonight aren't in yet.  I'm still hoping for a 5 of 5.

But it's getting closer, as should be apparent to all of you.

I'm only going to say that while it's a lot of work, you can work out the techniques.  You can probably do it better and easier than it's been for me to get it down as imperfectly as I've done.

I ain't going to beg you to study all this.  I'm not going to beg you to be interested enough to go on a path of work and discovery.  I'm not going to try to browbeat you into understanding how the numbers work and why they work that way.

But I'm giving you, right now, a piece of evidence it can be done, and telling you where you can find the information to do it.

Best to you,

Jack

      Thanks Litebets:

I haven't got it worked out so's it's infallible, as you can see.

But it seems to be getting there.

When it's done you'll be able to recognize the event by the fact there are no Rip Snorter predictions showing up every day.

      Best to you,

Nice going Jack! You seem to have found something that gives you good results. I don't think any method is perfect, but I think there are ones out there that sure can help. Again good job. =)

Would you use the information based on the location where the lottery numbers are drawn?  Example  Florida numbers are drawn in Tallahassee. Also, would time be based on where the numbers are drawn?

                        Thank you

                          Morning tntea:

Evidently you thought there might be some merit to be found in this.

Here's the process I'm trying out at the moment:

                          Step 1:

Find at least two lotteries that were 'in sinc' with your own during the last two previous moon phases on this day of the phase.

                          Step 2

Take the numbers from those, plus your own during those draws

                          Step 3

Locate the long/lat coordinates as closely as possible for the places those draws were held and go to the Celestial Navigation page of the NO site.  Put in the LONG/LAT coordinates, along with the times the draws were held.

You will end up with several charts that look a bit like this, the number depending on how many lotteries you found in sinc with your own:

Moon phase is waning crescent,  6% illuminated

                           Step 4

Examine the charts and compare the coordinates of the various celestial bodies.  You'll find there's one star the coordinates of which are replicated to a high degree with the numbers drawn for all three lotteries.

                          Step 5

Change the date to your next draw and put in the long/lat coordinates as precisely as possible for the place your draw will be held, along with UT time for the draw.

                          Step 6

Go to the star that was in sinc with your lottery and the other two and take the coordinate, azimuth, etc numbers

                          Step 7

Add those numbers to the list of combinations from the three or more lotteries from the previous draws on this day of the moon phase....

At this point you can eliminate a lot of numbers because they're duplications..

                          Step 8

                          Wheel them

Absorb the good, ignore the bad, weigh the ugly.

                          It's about number behavior.

                          Egos don't count.

This day of this moon phase during the two previous months, I should have said.

I haven't figured out why yet, but the same day of the moon phase of the previous month of the previous year same moon phase seems to work, also.

That can be helpful with lotteries that don't have Sunday draws

I neglected to mention the importance of moon-transit times.

This only works when the moon is overhead at the times of all draws used.  If the moonrise/moonset causes the moon to be overhead daytime and down for the night draws, you can only use it for daytime draws and the numbers you use have to be from daytime draws.

Also if there's a physical barrier between the place of the draw, such as the Sandia Mountains in Albuquerque, you can only use draws that occured after the moon was actually visible above the mountain, and before it goes down behind the continental divide.

Even though the coordinates you're using are those of stars, you have to think of them as 'coming' directly from the moon surface line-of-sight.  A draw held below the earth surface in a building will still be okay, but you have to think of anything such as the horizon or a mountain range interupting line-of-sight with the trailing edge of the moon as negating the entire value of the numbers generated for your use.
