The PHASE37/ and PHASE370/278 Method
for the Pick 3 and Pick 4

This Method can be used by everyone, and its straightforward. You can use it just for your state or to play multiple  states.
One profound thing I noticed in a wrapdown" is the phase value between numbers that will generate hits in a week. If you look at a "perfect" wrapdown below that phase number is 37 and it is part and parcel of the Pick 3
-
111               There is a 111 difference between
222               numbers in a Pick 3 wrapdown as you
333               go down it. The only number that will
444               perfectly be divided into 111 is itself
555               and 37. 111 takes three 37 phase turns
666               to get to 222, and so on....
777
888
999

We can use the Phase37 Method to make profit for your state and mutiple states.
Lets do multiple states first:
A technique I use if I am playing 'all states' at the same time with Phase37 is to take the last draw for any state and add or subtract 37 once to it using regular math.
Example is:
Last Draw for the state of New York is 214.
214+37 = 251..
251 will show up in the next draw or couple of draws in the same  state of New York or in a different state. Or it may come as a mirror like 701, and other mirror variations. The least that will happen is that you will be off by only a point.
If playing all states at the same time, you don't have to play many numbers. And to take care of missing it by a point you can just play a group of 3 numbers whereby you -
1. Play the actual number
2. Play the mirror of that number - change all or 1-2 digits
3. Go up - go down on 1 or 2 digits on the number

Of course there are groups of states for which this will work best. Even if you look at today's past midday's draw for a state and add or subtract 37 from it, you will see that new number came out for another state for the same midday draw.
Now if you progressively add or subtract 37 to a last draw and play those numbers you come up with, you should get a hit in another state. Remember it may come out as a mirror.
EX: 214 + 37 = 251, 251 + 37 = 288, 214 - 37 = 177
You play 251, 288, 177, and/or some of their mirrors.

This method can be quite profitable if playing multiple states, And all you play is 3  numbers. Of course play more if you like.

PLAYING FOR A SPECIFIC STATE
If you want to use Phase37 for a specific state you can take the last draw and progressively add and subtract 37 to it you and will get a relatively small pool of numbers that can generate the winning number for the next draw and couple of draws.
For a specific state you can also take the two draws and add them together using lottery math or regular math, and then progressively add and subtract 37 to that.

Example 1:
Second to last draw for NY Midday -July 28 was 222.
Add 37 going Forward - 222, 259, 296, 333, 370, 407, 444, 481, 518, 555, 592, 629, 666, 703, 740, 777, 814, 851, 888, 925, 962, 999, 1036
Adding 37 going Backward - 222, 185, 148, 111, 74, 37, 0, -37, -74, -111, -148, -185, -222, -259, -296, -333, -370, -407, -444, all the way to quadruple digits, and then stop.
It just so happens that here going backward and forward generated the same numbers. Doesn't always happen like that.
The subsequent winning draw for NY Evening was 148.
If you look above the winning number of 148 appears in the "forward" section as 481, and 814. It also appears in the "backward" section as a straight hit.
Again, the lottery is not always so neat, so you will not hit sometimes using this Phase37 System. When you do not hit, you will always only be off by 1 point instead of getting 148, you will get 581, 149, etc...

Example 2: Adding 2 last draws.
Last draws for Missouri Evening July 27 was 254 and Midday July 28 was 659. Adding them using Lottery Math produces:
803,
so going backward we get 803, 766, 729, 655, 618, 581, 544, 507, 470, 433, 396, 359, 322, 285, 248, 211, 174, 137, 100, 63, 26, -11,-48, -85, -122, -159, -196, -233, go all the way to quad. digits.
The winning Last Draw for Missouri Evening July 28 was 117, which is in the Phase Progression above as 766 and 211. These results came out as mirrors.

PICK 4 - PHASE370/278 METHOD
All that I said for the Pick 3 dircetly applies to the Pick 4. The only major differnce is that you must use 370.33(I use this) or rather 370 as the phase number (1111/3 = 370.3333). Also it would prudent of you to use 277.75 (I use this) or rather 277 and 278 as the phase number (1111/4 = 277.5). That 277/278 is a strong one.

Personally, I'd prefer playing all states using Phase37 and Phase370/278 methods. Its cheaper, and potentially more profitable, using just a few numbers.
If you want to play for your specific state, backtest to see how consistent progressively adding and subtracting 37 to generate a small pool of potential numbers that will be. If its more-often-than-not consistent, you know you can dependably play all those numbers for your state, and profit.

Phase37 Method:
-
The New York draw on August 1 Evening was 238.

Add 37 to 238 = 275
Subtract 37 from 238 = 201
Using mirrors on results - 077, 601
Going up/down digit a little on initial results 275, and 201 is: 274 ,202.

Numbers to watch in all states are: 275, 201, 077, 601, 274, 202.
Instead of picking 3 numbers, I picked six. In actual playing I would limit playing to 3 numbers.

To recap this is what I posted:

The results I was referring to are the numbers I got after adding and subtracting 37 to 238. The results were 275 and 201.
1. You can play numbers 275 and 201 as is.
2. You can change 1 or all numbers to their mirrors and play those.
3. You can go up/down a point on a digit, and play those.

All in all you can play 2 numbers from each line in bold. That's 6 total. Personally I'd play only 2 numbers

Ok, so 522 is the mirror to 077 & 156 is the mirror to 601. I don't see these #s.
What am I missing Kola?

I'm not clear about your not seeing them. Do you mean you don't see them in today's midday results?.
If that is the case all the reults for today's midday have not come in yet.
Even in the few that came in, I was off by a mirror for 1 or two of the results.
Remeber that for this sample test my focus was for all states. Even though the number I picked to use Phase37 on was 238 from New York's last draw, if I am playing from 2 - 6 numbers, I expect to see them show up in a different state. It can show up in the same state, but again with these few numbers, my focus is on all states.
The numbers I used for my play are:
275, 201, - Numbers derived from adding/subtracting 37 to 238
077, 601 - Numbers derived from taking mirrors of 275, and 201
274, 202 - Numbers dervied from going up/down a digit on 275, and 201

What I meant by play the "actual number" in line 1 is that the numbers you get after adding and subtracting 37 to a last draw, are the 2 numbers you play.
Then in line 2, you play the mirror of those new 2 numbers derived from adding/subtracting 37 to the last draw
In line 3, you go up/down a point on 1 or 2 digits of those 2 numbers derived form adding/subtracting 37 to the last draw

Ohhhhhhhhhh, now I see the GRAND SCHEME, ok, ok,...ok, Kola...
That's pretty nifty. & you should be able to get a nice amount of hits per day because direct mirrors occur almost everyday.
