Hi folks,
I'm NEW, my name is Eugene and I'm from
Seattle, Washington.
I reads the Lottery Post, until now that I
decided to register to get help from members
in the forum.
I have a problem and thought that maybe
you folks might have answers.
I've been playing Powerball for 15 years
by an old ex-brother in-law who lives in
Oregon, who used to buy Powerball tickets
for me. Until now, things has changed.
That ex-brother in-law has changed and
isn't dependable on when I would want
him to play my Powerball tickets on such
drawing dates.
I usualy send him my Powerball play slip
with my numbers and my money to play
Powerball in advanced of 4 drawings.
Now I have NO one in Oregon to play
Powerball for me.
My questions for you members for help,
do you know where I could send my
Powerball play slip with my own numbers
and the money to buy my Powerball tickets,
and send it to me in which I'll provide my
self-address envelope?
I cannot drive down to Oregon.
If any of you suggesting is to buy
Powerball tickets online, the answer
to that is it's illegal to buy tickets online,
espeically in Washington state that has
a new law on online gambling.
Chuck Strutt, Director of MUSL that
runs Powerball in West Des Moines, IW.
said that it's illegal to buy lottery tickets
online, because it's like robbing the bank
in which you don't know who's handling
your money, and who's realy buying the
tickets for. Whether for themselves or
is it scam. Chuck Strutt also mentioned
that there's no regulation on the online
gambling, but it's illegal.
Hope any of you can help with answers.
Thanks for letting me have the opportunity
to join in and submit my inquiry.
Regards,
