i dunno if this statistics already on your to do list. but if not maybe you can add boxed/sort order pick 3 (120 singles, 90 doubles, 10 triples)

for example 07/09/2007 All States pick 4 result (175 draw) we have 700 boxed sort order

and the missing boxed pick 3 are: (see 0 hit)

well to reduce 43 boxed numbers maybe we can add more date

for example Result July 09,08,07,06

so x013 x128 x137 x237 x358 will be appears in ______ states

and combine with Pick 3 missing pairs maybe you have created almost Mechanical Lottery Ball Machine Prediction.  Eliminary result NJ pick 3 use this trend and often the all state missing pairs "will be" appears in NJ Pick3

i know the above chart have some mistaken specially the draw, i was copy and paste key number which is have a double numbers i've edited the thread unfortunately it already reach the 20 minutes to edit LOL
