There are certain people in my life who have stuck beside me, and helped me through alot of difficult times, asking nothing in return.
so, you can believe when I win, expecially if its for a large amount, I'm going to take care of the people who are nearest and dearest to me.
So, yes...I will share...:) Same here to a degree, but i really dont want to be around my family, now imagine that mentality but you won 15+ million dollars, you're not really inclined to immediately start sharing.
Anyways i go by the philosophy, "ask, and you will receive."
Im not offering anything, i dont do charity, i do "equal opportunity guidance."

So far I am the only one to say I would give any to church on the poll...I do believe in sharing, but not in the way many people would. Openly sharing any jackpot win would likely lead to problems. Plus, from what I know about government expeditures, no amount of millions can solve any of the worlds problems (i.e. you'll go broke trying). So I would first give 10 percent to God (even though most church pastors don't advocate playing the lottery...that is their problem...I don't want any problems with the man upstairs so I'll do right by him despite the opinion of those who speak about him). Then I will selectively give to certain charities and organizations...not to get my name on anything...just to throw some support to my college and the like. Otherwise I will just enjoy the millions and grow it into billions. As for my family, No I would not tell a soul except for my 1 brother. We already have business plans in motion, so I wouldn't be seeking to do something just because I now have money to do it...that is another reason jackpot lottery winners go broke (HELLO! Who was that guy in the UK who is now broke?). Most people couldn't mask a big win like that because most people who play the lottery work either for salaries or hourly wages...a big spike in spending would raise suspicions. But when you are self employed or a business owner in a field that handles jackpot winner's proceeds as well as others investments, your income is unlimited. So the only way I would really seek to help others is to offer them the same opportunity that I have going for me...handouts don't really help people...it just makes the giver feel good. Forget the formulas...you only win when you're lucky!

I would only share with family and close friends. However, it wouldn't all be in the form of outright handouts. If I won the lottery, I'd want to start my own business. I have a close friend who was also my IT instructor at a vocational school I went too. I will share with him in the form of appointing him as President of my company. Gonna win.

Some to charity, some to family and friends. Theoretically speaking if I won the lottery in my country.

"Would you share your money with others or be stingy"
This question sounds like something someone who has nothing and no plans to ever accumulate anything would ask. Not giving your money to others doesn't make you stingy. What happens most is most likely to happen again
