Need Excel help with counting pairs

I am trying to figure out how toget excel to count pairs for me no matterif it is 13 or 31.

How many boxes with the numbers 1 and 2 or 6 and 2 exct....

How many past draws are you analyzing? (100, 200, ?)

Is this a pick 3, pick 4, ? game?

are there direction's for this spreadsheet?

This is pick but would like it for pick 4 also.

This isthe spread sheet: I have the pick 3 pairs set up and the repeaters but wouldlike to have excel count the pairs for me so I do not need todo by hand. Would like to know how to get the pick4 pairs calculated aslo.
