But you said to "Take your state's last draw" so after each drawing there would be a new set of numbers. Why are you now using the same set of numbers for 24 drawings?

I would stay with a set of numbers for a while and try to juice the string. Life is Good. "If you always do what you always did, you will always get what you always got."

I would stay with a set of numbers for a while and try to juice the string. The biggest problem I've had creating and testing systems is finding the correct starting point. I used a digit frequency system in Ohio when they had no Sunday drawing so it was always Monday through Saturday. There were times when it produced results the very next drawing so the next step was to check the passed 6 results after every drawing. Sometimes the hits came two draws ago or sometimes up to 4 weeks ago and everywhere in between.
Without a consistent starting point, there is no consistent way to know where the hits are coming from unless you consider all the numbers. Betting $40 and collecting $80 or winning $40 everyday sounds great providing you hit everyday. A 50% hit ratio is huge but that's only breaking even playing this way.
We can always find a string of combos starting from anywhere that produced many hits by back testing but without finding the correct starting point, it's impossible to duplicate for future play.

put in calculator
divide by .03
Then hit equal
Then hit square root.
Copy that line of numbers....
Count each digit and list from greatest to least.
Wheel top 2 and bottom 2
Include doubles: I use the hot/cold program written by paurths under the -1 -2 program.. Saves time Life is Good. "If you always do what you always did, you will always get what you always got."
