I didn't realize it was a new number until TB stated it. As far as congratulating people on their post and win, I always do that if they have it posted. Sometimes it may be a lot of numbers but who knows they may play them all especially if they have a big kiddie. (LOL) It doesn't matter to me if they actually won or not I just think it is darn good to have posted the right number.

WPB is the run down a group of numbers that have hit after that number in the past. I get these numbers from a book called" Reference book of follow-up numbers" (for all state lotteries for numbers 000-t0 999. If I am correct, It is. I also noticed that it is a minus 1 and plus 1 system.
