EXACTLY!
I called the Florida lottery once and asked them how many times they can do the PRETESTS before actually drawing the REAL DRAW.
I never got a definitive answer from 4 different people there.

Makes me wonder.
Think about it.
When they (STATE) reviews all the bets (just before the draw time) on every single combination STR, BOXED, PAIRs and then sees what numbers have the most BETS on them, whats to say they only wait for a DRAW that reflects a WINNER with the LEAST amounts of bets.... thus pay-out much lower than could have been.
MAYBE it's paranoia. But still something to consider.
BUT
of course, it doesn't explain how they pay out over $1 million dollars a couple of times a year when the TRIPLES COME out and everyone and their brother is playing them "MAYBE it's paranoia. But still something to consider.

I was looking at the prediction winners for today, and there are double 9's all across the board...
Very hot pair today those 99's.....
Possible for FLorida tonight.. yeah joola, 994 was a play from awhile ago (after we hit 494) and didnt want it to slip by. still hunting 2s and 9's in p4. Cash 3 we also played a couple of other small plays like 137, 615, 728. I think we dropped almost $150 today between p3 and p4. again good luck all.
