I THINK I GOT IT ALL FIGURED OUT!
I studied other Midday/Evening Lotteries in other states.
BEst thing is to string them all together (i.e. spreadhseet column) both MIDDAY and EVENING results for comparison and trend study.
Don't think of it in terms of Midday and Evening DRAWS by DATE per say.
Look at them as just the "NEXT DRAW". Regardless of EVENING or MIDDAY.
So, the V11 (00, 05, 55) really did hit on MAY 19th MIDDAY at the 33rd DRAW (not day).
Now I can prove my theory works....
PICKS APPLY to BOTH DRAWS (Mid and EVE).
Looking for theV22 (11, 16, 66) NOW OUT 32 DRAWS

110, 111, 112, 113, 114, 115, 116, 117, 118, 119

Watch as at least ONE of these falls in either MIDDAY or EVENING.
