The system you are talking about on V have to be a gold or platium member. Still don't understand how you get 323 for the vtrac? Sorry to be just a pain. Thanks
Look at it this way. The #717. Look for the 7 on the chart below, that tells you the Vtrac, V3. Look at the 1 on the chart, that tells you Vtrac ,V2, so far we have V32. Look at the 7 again on the chart, again we see Vtrac, V3. Put them all together & we have V323. Now you see how the #s correspond to the Vtracs.

Notice how the eight #s located inside of the Vtrac 323 contain combinations of the digits 1, 6, 2, 7.
Here is the chart:
Vtracs V1, V2, V3, V4, V5
V1 = 0, 5
V2 = 1, 6
V3 = 2, 7
V4 = 3, 8
V5 = 4, 9
