i have a very big interest in this since my state went RNG and i don't play here anymore and i'd love to see a lottery get voted in for arkansas.

i guarantee this.mark my words that if a lottery gets approved i'll make sure to spread the word so they can put some sort of clause in there banning the lottery from using RNG draws and i'll use the fiascos in my state as prove of what not to do.where there is a will there is a way......

the church and the gaming crowd with horse and dog interests in west memphis and hot springs might band together to shoot this down but i hope the voters aren't swayed by the nonsense and vote the lottery in.

Honestly, I'm not sure. Since I don't live in Arkansas, I don't know how most people feel about having the lottery start up there. However, it would be nice for another state to be added...unless they start out use RNG for their games.

I think they will pass it..I read somewhere on here about the required amount of signatures needed and they had more than enough to get it on the ballot for November..I think it will pass and I think they will go RNG right out of the gate to save money..I would clssify Arkansas as a state that is average at best population wise so they will want to make as much as they can as fast as they can ...

I'm pretty sure it will go through. Arkansas is surrounded by lottery-participating states and Arkansas is losing sooooooooooo much revenue to other states because of this. Oklahoma resisted for a looooooooong time, but finally wisened up for the same reasons Arkansas is looking into it now. As to the question about RNG or ball-drawn, let's just hope they make the right choice.......
