 IMHO I don't think that he should be voted off of LP or banned. That's a personal decision. Life is full of deceptive people. When you encounter those people in life can you ban them from life or do you have to settle for ignoring/avoiding them? Discernment is the key.
As far as being rude to people, he wasn't rude to me. The "no good haters" he referred to in his $86 million annuity post didn't apply to me. My philosophy is that it's not what they call you, it's what you answer to.
Like people in this thread said:
- This is a free and open forum, it's easy to ignore a subject and go elsewhere
- No one lost anything or gained anything. No harm, no foul.
- It is up to Todd who stays and who goes

Ok,
I stayed out of his post about winning because I felt it was not true, and I didn't want to be part of what I knew would be pages and pages of congrats and condemnation alike. I just felt it was clear that he needs attention, remember the hall of fame nonsense. Having said that, I was at first going to vote yes, then realized that we are indeed guests here, and while most of us try to provide useful ideas here, it is not our website, it is Todd's, and I believe that it is his decision to decide if a member does not contribute or is only here to create strife. I think Todd is fair and has the sense to make the best decision for his website. If he thinks we should put it to a vote, that is his right. If he bans EZMoney, that is his right. So I voted no.
