I have been playing the lotto for years, mostly p3 and now and then Fan 5

and of course the mega millions. But I have never played anything but QP's in the jackpot games. I started a few weeks ago concentrating on the Fantasy 5 -

Sooo, I may be way behind you long time P5 players.

I tell you all of this to learn.

I think it is best to play all of the numbers. You can do that with 8 lines.

I also think each line should have 5 digits of which 4 of them have never been hit on the same line before. Gives you a better shot at hitting 3,4 or 5.

Soooo... I have found several groups of 8 lines that contain all of the numbers (1-39)

here is Group A

1 9 15 20 34
2 10 21 27 37
3 12 23 29 36
4 11 25 30 38
5 16 22 32 39
6 12 19 24 31
7 13 17 26 35
8 14 18 28 33

the group has all 1-39 digits and each line has never had a 4 digit hit.

Have any of you ever tried this approach?  I did this all manually.

Have you any software that can do this?  It takes some time to find each group. I have 6 groups so far.

Let me hear your thoughts aboout this method.

Thank you takeitez for being creative! Honestly, you may be well ahead of some of us who have been playing Fantasy 5 longer than you have. You can download for free Lottery Director's free wheel to group about six lines and specify how many numbers from each line you want to include in the wheel. It's a great software.

Maybe I didn't make it clear. I think you need to play all of the 1-39 digits in the method you use. You can not wheel 39 numbers. I have lots of wheels and there are P5 wheels here on LP. Wheeling is not what I am trying to do.

Line 5 in the Group A above is;
5 16 22 32 29
No 4 of those digits have never hit together.
3 of those digits have hit together 20 times.

Out of 2857 draws Ga has had in Fantasy 5 that means a fair chance to hit 3 or 4 digits.

And a lot of shots at a freebie!

Which means a return on your money and a shot at hitting 5 for all the bread.
