Is adultery in moderation on that list of all things that are lawful?  If so, sign me up, I want to be a Christian.

No, the scripture is referring to things that are not on the "list of sins."  Adultery is clearly mentioned in scripture as a sin so that doesn't count.

"Bless me Lord, so that I may be a blessing to others."
