Purpose: New Jersey Pick 5 Lottery Predictions, Analysis and Ideas. From my own end, predictions will occur for selected days, dictated by various opportunities: high jackpot, intuitive number combinations from the recent past and the like.

Task: Initial analysis for the filter matrix for the drawing occuring on 3/2/2009

Test: Give me 2 sets of random sequences (excluding previous winning number combination) consisting of 20 numbers that has had at least 2x5 hits and 16x>=3 hits and no 0 hits in the last 20 draws (except most recent draw)

Bias by intent: favour sequence that has had large amount of hits in the span of the last 20 draws with a hope of a repeat, reverse matrix producing filter and exclude predictions numbers from it.

Special note: final filter will consist of reversed "exclusion matrix" totaling 20 numbers resulting in the prediction matrix in the field of only 20 numbers (or 4 x 5 tickets)

Bias by intent: favour sequence that has had 0 pair hits (slight under-balance to the order of 20:9) in the span of the last 20 draws  with a hope of a repeat, use this matrix and exclude predictions paired-numbers from it.

Special Notice: All sequenced pairs are included. All sets will utilize this filter.

Forward pairing explanation: in a sequence such as 04,05,06,15,25,26,28,35,36,39 following pairs are targeted for exclusion: 04-05, 04-06, 04-15 and so on.
