Another repeat # it is now official the cash 3 in Tn officially sux and I dont think anyone would argue of all the border states Tn has the worst cash 3 The payouts are lower than ever and please no one argue that point !!!compared to the border states Tn has the lowest payouts for cash 3. Good luck if you dare play...thinking about playing triples only ,might wait a while 2 hit but if and when Tn decides to drop a triple ,it will be a good hit...good luck 2 all ....any ideas people????C2

Is it possible the bulk of the population just aren't overall good pickers of numbers?....if this thing were blantently rigged,it seems to me it wouldn't be hard to shut it down and get a newer more"honest" outfit in there Quitters never win, winners never quit. The payouts have definitely decreased since the Million scratchoff. It's really pitiful to see the repeats and low payouts. Maybe a triple is near. 272, 224, 228 were in my rundown, but they have higher payouts. Me and Fliprates are still gonna stay on that 237. (smile)

How can a computer generated mechanism continually choose low payout numbers? Someone has to program it to do this. I noticed KY had low payouts last nite and midday.

It makes you think and I do believe they know what we play before the draw, this many people can't be picking the wrong number all the time. Playing eve 4/16 327, 463, 429
