C2 Kentucky pays $600 for their pick-3 straight so their payout should be higher. And combined with the $1.5 million payouts when 444 hit on April 21, the reason is obvious.

How are you going to win if you don't play?

KY has always paid out an average of 60% on their lotteries vs. most other states' standard ~ 50%. Some payout percentages on selected games are even lower than that. Blessed Saint Leibowitz, keep 'em dreamin' down there.....
Next week's convention for Psychics and Prognosticators has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.

Just go the the tennessean and look for the article on "The Lottery". Yes i read them and left one also.
People should have posted comments when they first switched from ball drawings to computers. Protest a little. Talked to congressmen and legislators.
It's way over due to bring back live ball drawings people of Tennessee need to get a petition going. Big John says. You don't hit the number. The number hits you!!!!
