I watched a nice asian man by 3 rolls of that sh*tty 10.00 NC ticket......
that's 900.00 (I was told he does at least that a week across the border in SC) ....
I watched him scratch the first 60 tickets (first two rolls)
the first roll had 2 20.00 winners and 1 10.00 (30.00 return on 300.00)
the second roll had 10.00 winners on 000, 001 and 002 ..and then nothing.... (30.00 to 300.00 again)
I had to leave because 1) I was disgusted and 2) I thought he was going to go nuts...
I wouldve felt bad but someone who has that kind of money to toss doesn't need my adice or sympathy..
I haven't purchased an NC ticket since then....I hear nothing but horror stories
GA is the only state I truly trust on scratch offs
