Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Ontario, New York, New Jersey, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Tennessee, Missouri, and Kentucky. The only significant wins I had in states other than the two I've lived in (Ohio and Kentucky) was a Pick-3 straight and box win in New Jersey, a Pick-4 box in Michigan, and a Quinto box win PA. I thought Americans were not allowed to play Canadian lotteries? | | |

I thought Americans were not allowed to play Canadian lotteries? It's been a few years but I played a couple of pick-3 numbers and bought some scratch-offs in Windsor, Ontario. I really don't know if there were any restrictions then or now on Americans playing because I never won any substantial prize that would have required me to show my ID. | | |
