Thanks JMill!!  That is at Kiptopeake State Park and it was on the pier there where I cought the small flounder. We go up to Cherrystone Campground where we have an 09 Wildwood Camper 35' and we store it there. I sort of go from the piers there to Cape Charles Pier and down to Kiptopeake.  Fishing has been like the lottery these days. A bite here and there.
