According to the posted topic - Discharging Reoccurrence Distribution, this value can be found for any reoccurrence of any phenomena. Just plug in the values.
Discharge Reoccurrence - y = (d / m2 ) e -(x / m )
d - total number of draws
m - average rate of reoccurrence
x - draw difference or Dd between two draw occurrences
y - the approximate frequency of reoccurrence for a given draw difference or Dd for a given draw count d
The values in this case are d = 365 (draws, assuming drawn every day), m = 1000 / 270 (total outcomes / total occurrences) , x = 1 (draw difference or one draw to the next).
The formula becomes:
y = (365 / (1000 / 270)2 ) e -(1 / (1000 / 270) )
y = (365 * (270 / 1000)2 ) e -(270 / 1000)
y = (365 * (0.270)2 ) e -0.270
y = (365 * 0.0729) * 0.7634
y = 26.6085 * 0.7634
y = 20.3129 (occurrences in 365 days or draws)
