i dont have aworkout or rundown for p3 how do i do one and if possible if its not too much how do i find out what is due in my state?

Hi, the rundown I use is from a book. I have two, one is Grandman's qick check system. I ordered it on lines some years ago. I think it was only $3. If you interested, I can pm you the address. If you want to do it yourself. I think you add 123 to the hit number, then start another stack and substract 123 from the hit number until you come back to your start hit number.. I just use the book.
