The 4 digit is out 22 draws, the 0 digit is out 15 draws and the 5 digit is out 8 draws.  This is the stuff that TN is doing.  I did get the root sums which are :

• 7-out 6

The due vtracs are 1(0,5) out 8, 3(2,7) out 1 and 5(4,9) out 1.  The due digits are 4,0,5,7,1,2,9.  The hot digits are 3,6,8.

I learned something kinda interesting.  I was looking back at present/past number repeats and found that from late 2006 until now, the numbers are actually falling in the same rundown scheme, (of course, I guess that depends on the formula anyone uses) and did not repeat as frequently.  The repeating worsened this year, and I firmly believe that it is related to the State budget shortfall and lowering the scholarship qualifications.

Out of all those predictions no one in the United States got the pick 4 midday.Wow what a joke.

Like I said a few months ago, these sites are monitored by their researchers, as are all state lottery sites.  I think TN probably uses it more - to many close calls.
