Can anyone double check my answer? There are 1,540 pairs in Mega Millions within 1-56.

1,2

As Ed McMahon would say, "You are correct!Big Grin

In neo-conned Amerika, bank robs you.
Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms should be the name of a convenience store, not a govnoment agency.

Not to be offensive but why is this important?

Maybe he was just checking his odds calculator.

I checked and mine and it indicated:

         possible combos of 2 / 56 numbers = 1540
         possible combos of 3 / 56 numbers = 27720
         possible combos of 4 / 56 numbers = 367290
         possible combos of 5 / 56 numbers = 3819816

        * that which happens most *
        * is most likely to happen again *

        Thumbs Up

When studying a game I like to study its inside out, and around, and out of the box.
